Summer fun in July!!

Hello guys, I am sorry I have kinda stopped blogging, I have gone back to journaling, and of course staying busy with these boys. Lets see July has been full of fun July 4 Brayden some how got something into his eye, but didn't let that affect his plans I took the boys down to Ashley's moms house she had ribs, and sliced bbq seriously some yummy food!! We took the boys outside to swim in a little wadding pool, which seemed like she had filled with ice water it never warmed up at all. Well as the day went on Brayden's eye became worse but he was still wanting to go to the fireworks in birmingam, since Ashley was working I loaded the boys up and we went to St vincents but after a wait we moved closer to UAB were Brayden ended up seeing one of the docs about his eye it turns out there was a little abrassion on his eye. Well we sat and waited on the fireworks the whole time Brayden was misserable ready to go home and go to bed, which left me feeling horrible because I never would have drug him over there had he not requested to go. The fireworks were amazing as always! On the way home he tells me his eye is better, and that he is ready to see the fireworks.July 11 was the annual Mayberry Day in Graysville so me and the boys went it was alot smaller than it normally is. We walked around and I ran into some people that I went to church with at Cornerstone, and ended up going to visit Rachael at a daycare for elderly it was amazing to watch how Brayden made those people come alive the two adults that were there had Altzeimers,and had no idea of what was really going on. I honestly thought about how blessed I am to spend time with my two boys and enjoy these moments, you never know what God has in the future. July 13-14 I took the boys to Odom Baptist churches vacation bible school and they both seemed to have such a great time. On July 15 first stop was Jasper to drop the truck off to get it detailed then we took Brayden to Compass to open his first savings account, of course we were more excited than him. Ashley then took us out to eat at Stix our favorite place to eat shusi...then Ashley took me shopping for clothes it has been a really long time since I went and bought clothes it was really awesome of him. Then on July 16 we loaded up the truck and headed to Florida, we stayed in Destin, which is very beautiful, Adam,Nanci,Bradley,and Hayley were already down in PC so we drove over and visited with them for a little bit. We ate lunch at Fudpuckers in Destin I highly recomend going there if you have kiddos, there is alligators pretty cool, but the food was fantastic it was okay, Bryant ate a onion. Gilligans is another place we ate lunch at and it was fantastic I had some awesome oysters, hushpuppies. We took Betty with us, we had a very great trip! Brayden learned to swim on July 17 not fantastic but he sure could tread water we headed home on July 23 and poor Brayden woke up throwing up with a fever that morning...needless to say it was a long rode trip, he sleep just about the whole way while carrying a garbage bag, in case he became sick. Friday he woke up perfectly fine, but by Friday night he was sick again so off to the doctor Saturday morning we saw Dr Goldsmith and he had slight pink in his ears so ear drops for him. Well it turns out we lost our keys at the beach and so we had to order another set that through the dealer would have been 300.00 but we got them for 40. on ebay, thank God for ebay.
